"This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Banff. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Great pizzas and coffee at the restaurant. We also did the spa one evening and that was such a nice experience. Can’t wait to go back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and overall the property was fantastic. My only two comments would be that the soap dispensers all seemed to not work properly and should probably be replaced, and the carpet in the bedroom should be cleaned or replaced due to some staining. These were just minor things we noticed, but we would 100% stay here again, as well as recommend the property to friends and family."

"Our first night stay was a roadside room. It was updated and clean. We decided to stay a second night facing the mountain side. This room was a mirror layout but dated. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was cold but the hot tube made up for it. Although we did not use it, there was a liquor store on site that had amazing hours."
