"Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

"The room itself was very nice and clean. Some aspects of the hotel are dated and need work. There is remodeling being done so this was not unusual. The work done in the rooms is good."

"It was dirty, run down, leaking, smelly, sticky, and broken. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was gross, the faucet leaked, and there was NO hot water. We asked at the front desk for help after 30 minutes of trying to get hot water only to be told the boiler is broken. The floor in our room was sticky and damp. The room smelled like pee. There was a wall of windows that looked into the hallway but no way to open a window for fresh air. There were 2 electric outlets...

"Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! The hotel was completely booked due to State Trap Shooting taking place but the GM did all he could to make things right and was able to moved us to different rooms to accommodate our...

"Okay so coffee should be ready for breakfast. Ice machine should be accessible with bucket.fire sprinklers should not be covered up. General manager was trying to do the work of three ladies up front. Hot tub was also covered in. Misleading."

"Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed."

"Room was clean, breakfast was ok. The pool was down the whole week we were there. Manager said it was only going to be down for a couple days. Wound up be the entire week. Would have been better to just say it would be down for the week, instead of everyday saying tomorrow it would be open."
