"We only stayed here one night but it was perfect. The views are so pretty! The staff was very nice and we appreciated having the option to eat meals at Kast, since there’s not a lot of options around. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. The walls are pretty thin, our neighbors woke up very early and we could hear everything. But the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Ytri Tunga was a little over 10 minutes away. Snæfellsjökull...

"Economical, clean and comfortable place to stay on the Western Peninsula."

"This cute little town had beautiful sites. It was a great place to stay for the night."

"I was amazingly surprised about the facility, the location, the staff and the breakfast. Well priced for the value. Will definitely be back."

"I’m going to sound like a Karen, and I recognize the weather was terrible so likely made everything seem worse, but the place cost a lot and I would expect better. "Très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Le principal point à améliorer concerne les options de restauration : la ville offre peu de choix de restaurants et celui de l’hôtel était fermé. Malgré cela, j’ai passé un très bon séjour !"

"We absolutely loved this place. Met or exceeded all expectations. Clean and classy common areas and rooms. Black Church is locked up, leaves us peeking through windows at other tourists peeking from other side. Nice dune/beach hike. Great place to unwind for a few days"

"One of the most beautiful hotel that have stayed in. Love it for the hospitality and views are breathtaking especially the sea+morning sunrise. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly - they knocked on our door to let us know on the aurora sighting as was awaiting it. Recommend to stay 2 nights or more as our 1 night was too short. Breakfast was lovely & night having a cold Iceland beer was great! Thank you so much for the experience & warm welcome! "

"Es hat alle gepasst. 😉"
