It was a great location for our Yosemite trip. The town nearby had many food options. I also appreciated all the attention to detail in our room with the provided amenities, adding additional items like lip balm.
Quiet and cozy stay not far from Yosemite. The cabin was clean and check in was easy. Hosts were very responsive when I had a question. The pool was a nice touch. Super clean and well maintained.
The room was nice but weird to not have a TV or hairdryer. We could hear the neighbors so the walls were thin. Did not like the fact that the outside lights could not be turned off. The bed was comfortable and close to Yosemite.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was very clean and location worked for our visit to Yosemite. The shower didn’t work and the air conditioning unit needed to be serviced
I personally like talking with a person ? No microwave no modern amenities just a bed and a bad coffee maker . Too much money for absolute bare minimum . Oh and the pool is amazing if you like not clean and difficult to find . Thank you for nothing
A serene location 3 miles west of Groveland. Great pool hidden away on a hill behind the cottages, check it out. No staff on site but owners responsive via text or phone if you need help. Minifridge and coffee supplie. Bring your own food and enjoy the wind through the pines & starry sky.
Perfect spot just off the road just 40 mints from Tioga pass. It was bike only day at Tioga and we just needed to get a room to rest. Rested well, love that the cottages are individual with neat little decks. Would have liked a microwave and mostly a tv for a Netflix to fall asleep to. But not major. Rested well and it was a great meeting spot for my friends before heading to Yosemite. Oh and the were nice enough to let us leave a car for several hours on their property until nearly 5pm after check out.
I couldn’t figure out how to work the AC (or it just didn’t work) and had to sleep with the windows open. Then some man chatted all night outside our window. Then I couldn’t get the windows to close. The pool was hard to find. I did like the rustic room and the closeness to the park.
Located a 5 minute drive outside central Groveland, it is a collection of small cabins next to a large main house and another building. We had the family room, which was a cabin all to ourselves, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom, and great amenities (comfy beds, microwave, fridge, AC, toiletries, Internet, etc.) Great balance of looking rustic but being very nice and comfortable, just like a typical hotel room. But the great part is that you are out in the forest, feel almost like you are camping. My kids just laid out on the ground for the first 45 minutes after we arrived, looking up at the spectacular stars on a summer night and finding several shooting stars. Also, you are not way out in the wilderness, just off the main highway - again a nice balance of not being noisy but also easy to arrive/leave. Finally, never once saw any staff in our 1 night there, but they were very attentive via messaging about making sure that we arrived OK (after hours), and checked in on us again in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
I really loved this place, especially the location. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I would love to give them an exceptional review but there was one hiccup with this place. They had recently changed out there water heaters and so the first night i was there the water from the sink and shower came out as a rusty brown color. I let them know and they said they would try to get someone out to fix it but due to the 4th of July holiday no one was able to come out. During my second night the water started to look better but still was not clear. I hope to stay here again but i also hope the water comes out clearer next time.
This was a cute place, close to Yosemite with access to food and small establishments in Groveland. The location was nice, the property was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn’t great. It was pretty tiny, I’m an average sized person and the toilet was crammed even for me, and the shower head was so low I struggled to wash my hair - I’m 5’5. I’m assuming they have a septic tank, which seemed to be backed up just based on how everything was draining. The shower drain was backed up so I was standing in a couple inches of water, and the sink was struggling to drain too. Also the hot water in the sink came out a bit brown, which I know can just be from minerals in the water, but it was a little off putting nonetheless. There also is no front desk or way to check in, so it definitely operates more like an AirBNB, which isn’t necessarily an issue, just was not what I was expecting. Overall it was a good stay, definitely more affordable than most of the other places near Yosemite. The pool was gorgeous, the walk uphill to it was a bit tough but not worse than most hikes in Yosemite. I did have a slip coming down and busted up my knee, but they can’t control where pine needles fall lol- just keep in mind that there is a bit of a trek. All together good stay, the bathroom was the only uncomfortable portion, and wasn’t bad enough to ruin the experience.
Clean, small cabin. Essential amenities provided, However, some inconveniences (coffee maker broken, no hand soap for bathroom sink) Some nice touches like cozy robes. The main problem was that there was no one to contact.

It must be in Groveland's northern limit - far from town. Very Very hard to find - can barely see sign!!! Owner was out of town and I was lucky to get her for help.
