Hotel di Grove Park Village

"We liked the individuality of the property. Staff, especially Sandie, were delightful. We really enjoyed our stay, apart from one day. All day on the Saturday there was loud, very, music coming from the bar. It permeated the whole place and one could barely hear oneself think! It was so penetrating as to be unhealthy. If it hadn’t been for that, our scores would have been a great deal higher. But if we could avoid that, certainly we would return."

"Staff were helpful & polite, the room was clean & well cared for. The toiletries were good quality & little touchs like the biscuits, popcorn,& crisps were thoughtful. Breakfast was varied & good sized portions."

"Clean comfortable room evening entertainment was great for the elderly! However we was 3 ladies attending an event else were but we did pop in the bar were their was a male singer who was absolutely amazing with his lovely dog. The bar could do with more selection of drinks, very limited!"

"Great location right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance with a room issue, and we really appreciated their professionalism and trustworthiness. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly hotel, highly recommended for a family trip!"

"Lovely hotel. Close to Bristol. Well cared for with excellent customer care."

"Had a great stay after getting back from holiday and onward travel home. We arrived late in the evening after our flight, were treated warmly, and a late night room service order for food, after hours was quick and easy to order. Big thank you to Julia who was friendly and helpful."

"Habitacion limpia, personal atento, desayuno aceptable."

"Graham was the perfect host. His attention to detail was exceptional. The property looked brand new inside. Amazing facilities, lounge, DVDs, books, coffee machine etc. Great parking and charging for EVs. Good selection for breakfast and delicious home made bread and jams. I’d recommend the Old Manor House and we will be back."

"The room had a funky smell. It wasn't the greatest. The staff were helpful. I do believe since Leonardo have taken over Jury's Inn, the standards have slipped massively. I should have stayed in a Premier Inn"

"For the price we paid I can’t complain. Free parking, good restaurant on site. Quiet position. Ideal for early flight from Bristol airport."
