"The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly."

"Check-in was smooth, and they accommodated my request for a room I had previously stayed in, which I appreciated. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always had great experiences. This stay was lovely overall, but there was one unpleasant moment around 10:45 a.m. when housekeeping knocked and then entered the room while I was changing, despite my asking who was there. Aside from that, everything else was excellent."

"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street. The outdoor area is fabulous, with lots of places to sit and have a cocktail by the fire.The room was spacious, and clean. We were in the hillside rooms so we had a balcony with a view of the lake. "The bed was very “springy” and I could feel them in by back. Maybe upgrade or add toppers to the mattresses would definitely help people. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
