Hotel Dekat Grosvenor Lodge

"The hotel is in a great location close to campus, parkland, and shopping, but it needs better organization and some updates to the rooms. The layout is quite confusing and the staff proved less than helpful on some occasions. It's not exactly a terrible place, but could be so much more."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very nice and well maintained - same with the restaurant. The room was outdated and worn, but clean. For one night it was fine - nothing fancy. Disappointed that the pictures of the rooms on here did not look anything like the room we stayed in. If I was back in London I would stay here again as the price was reasonable."

"Absolute pleasure and a excellent and good stay at Guest House. This being close to Western University and Huron University College, is accommodating. Furthermore, for any spiritual or theological students or individuals, there is access to a Chapel as well. I frequently stay at Guest House and will continue to do so, when the occasion calls for me to stay in London. Thank you to the entire staff and Hotel Manager Bruce, for their professionalism and accomdating and friendly service...Blessings!"

"Decent but they started drilling at 9am it sounded like the building was going to explode"

"Need to retrain staff and management. Unclean"

"Very clean and friendly staff"

"Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!"

"Was warm and inviting."

"That's the worst thing have ever heard from a hotel by the way, towel shortage! I booked a 1 bedroom suite which has the capacity of 4 people, am here with my wife and 2 kids with 1 infant and I get only 2 towels!Bad experience!"
