"The staff wasn’t helpful. Everyone was slow and they gave us poor instructions for the shuttle bus which caused us to waste over an hour of time at airport returning our rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere even though it might cost a bit more. Ended up using an uber to the airport rather than the shuttle because it was inconvenient."

"El aire acondicionado tenía 3 días descompuesto estábamos a casi 30 grados dentro de la habitación y nunca lo arreglaron o avisaron antes de recibirnos. Y no resolvieron nada , el personal fue amable pero jamás pudo resolver , tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y hacer otro gasto ."

"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"The property is a bit dated. The bathroom in particular...the shower/tub is a bit dangerous...too high to step out and onto the floor. Tub is very narrow and not comfortable to stand in as your feet are not flat on the bottom of the tub. The water pressure is very low as is the placement of the shower head. So, at 6'2", I had to duck my head to get the water on my head and stand awkwardly to shower."

"Very well located. Not a lot of space in bedroom or bathroom but that's ok for a short stay. Breakfast was pretty good although I didn't try any of the hot dishes. The water cups are tiny which is the same in many hotels, so you have to keep refilling."
