"Madrassen virkede meget slidt og blød selvom der var lagt topmadras på. Ikke komfortabel at sove på. Desuden fremstod badeværelset slidt og med rust på rørerne. Rent praktisk manglede vi knager på badeværelset til håndklæderne. Lyset ude foran på svalegangen var tændt hele natten og oplyste værelset ret meget på trods af persiennen. Venlig og hurtig hjælp til koden til døren, da vi ringede."

"Very small room, was stuffy inside, no AC, the fan that was provided at the front desk was useless, with open window still was not able to breath inside. We have stayed only couple hours, will not want to come back and sleep the entire night in the stuffy room. The bathroom toilet buttons were coming off after you push it, the shower is getting clogged if one person goes after the other, have to wait for the water to slowly go down the drain. For the price paid I think there are much better...

"This a beautifully designed hotel, but they seem to get some of the basics wrong. We have stayed over for 1 night for the last 3 years - but this will be the last time. "No AC while undergoing renovations and it's the middle of summer. But they can't bother to let you know when you book the room. They just tell people that they didn't advertise AC, so it's on you to read the fineprint."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The location is great. The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay...

"It's good to have a small studio for business trip so you can have kitchen and room supplies. They have extra facilities in cupboards and with lots of hangers that I like a lot. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed and beddings are comfortable to sleep in. Good water pressure in the shower. The area is a bit quiet as it's around the university and residential area, so not many restaurants to choose from. But it's close to metro and supermarket. I haven't got chance to try...

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ambiente. Man fühlt sich wie im Spreewald - mit den Kanus, auf die man vom Balkon aus blickt, und dem entspannenden Vogelgezwitscher. Die Räume waren sehr gemütlich im minimalistisch, stylischen skandi-stil eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. In der Nähe war der schöne See mit Steg, der zum Baden einlädt. Dort vorn gab es auch eine Art Grill/ Bistro. Besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück. Es gab zB. sehr hochwertigen Käse zum selbstabschneiden. Aronia...

"Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles. And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were...

"Leider war ich nicht zufrieden. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, der Duschvorhang war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, sodass es im Zimmer viel zu heiß war. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist der gute Standort."

"There was no safe, no wardrobe and also no fridge in the room. Pretty poor for a 4-Star location. Kitchen closes at 9pm .. and after that you don’t get anything warm to eat."
