There's absolutely no issues with this property - it's clean, friendly, well-equipped for a good rest. Breakfast is just magnificent. The only thing I found to watch for is how large and busy it gets at times. Add extra time for busy elevators and potential switching between towers. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The building is very stylish and modern. The hotel has a bar and several restaurants within it's vicinity/ complex. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is within walking distance of a metro station, which takes you into Copenhagen city centre/downtown.

This has been a wonderful place for us to stay. It is clean, well kept, and has fabulous staff. This particular visit, we were overwhelmed with the number of guests. Check in took longer than usual, and we had to plan carefully for meal times.

2 days weekend in Copenhagen incl concert in nearby Royal Arena. Great location in general since clean and modern metro quickly into city centre. Hotel was convenient, clean and great breakfast. Smooth service. High building with large windows, we had room with view towards city centre on 20th floor, scary at first but nice after short while!

AC Bella hotel is located near the airport, has a functional gym, and a golf course near by for runs and walks. There is a nice 2.5 mile loop that goes around the golf course. The hotel also has major disadvantages — no room service and limited food and coffee options. For a large conference of ours, they were simply overwhelmed by the volume of clients. Rooms are spacious but basic. Also, to go to a gym from tower 1, you have to do a « walk of shame » (sweaty) across the bridge connecting the two towers — not a clever design. Also, it is far from downtown and there is not luck around. If you are looking to explore the city, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Good hotel with easy to use and close metro.

Massive hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Great if visiting for a trade fair as right next door. We were here as a 2 night holiday and it was a good experience. The staff were very helpful and guided us in how to use the metro which is a 10 minute walk away. Very easy to use and cheap. Breakfast was below par for a hotel this size. No personal service, just buffet. Plenty of cafes towards the metro where a proper breakfast would probably be better and cheaper. Pillows were sparse on arrival, we asked for more and were offered different types to choose from - memory foam, soft or firm etc. Reception was busy most of the time, so queuing is to be expected. Parking at hotel is expensive. Unload outside the hotel and take to your room and then park opposite at the golf club - half price. Overall a good experience.

I have mixed reviews about this hotel. Pros: Great location – only a 5-minute walk to the metro and 20 minutes to the city centre. The area is nice and quiet with restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby. The room was spacious enough for two, with a large TV that supports Netflix/YouTube, two electric blinds (nice touch for big windows), a clean bathroom with large toiletries, and good wardrobe space. Cons: The room didn’t come with proper sleeping pillows, only cushions, which I found bizarre. I had to call for pillows, which were brought up, but they should have been there already. Check-in was a nightmare — my first payment didn’t go through on their end but did on mine, so I was charged twice. I later overheard other guests with the same issue, so it seems recurring. I’m still waiting for my refund, which is worrying when three digits come off your card twice and you’re left wondering when (or if) you’ll get it back. The air con didn’t work properly — no heat and weak airflow. The bathroom didn’t appear to have a fan, so steam stayed after showers (though we were always out by 9 AM, so unsure how long it lasted). Corridors don’t match the hotel’s appearance — dark, dated, (purple carpet) almost scary. And paying to rent an umbrella is ridiculous; that should be free rental service. We didn’t try the food in the restaurant or for breakfast so can’t comment. Would I stay here again? If they fix the payment issue, maybe. But as it stands, probably not.
