"Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. "The hotel was super clean, all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a bus station near by to take you into the city. Breakfast every morning with a personal chef to cook whatever you desire. The food was delicious and accommodating. "
