"Amazing place to stay, definitely recommend the balcony view. Staying in Grindelwald to experience Mother Nature in its true form, especially the location of this lodge. Lodge is right next to terminal so accessibility was amazing. Lots of fresh items in breakfast however too many flies during summer season but that seems to be a norm in Switzerland."

"This was everything we had hoped for and more! We booked a superior double room. It was spacious and had two large single beds pushed together. Our room had chairs for seating and the bathroom was big enough with updated facilities. The shower was also nicely sized (vs the standard ‘cruise ship’ style tubes usually found in Europe). "Beautiful and updated property. It’s nice to have the modern juxtaposition with the authentic Swiss surroundings. The staff was so kind and offered amazing local suggestions. They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!"

It’s close to every thing, a nice restaurant down stairs; train station two minutes walking distance; many cute little shops at the same street ( I think there is only one Main Street in “old”town). The most beautiful thing about this hotel is that we were in the peaceful picture every day! Staff were friendly as well."
