"The Front Desk Staff were patient and courteous answering all my dumb questions. The room reserved was exactly what we had requested. The amenities onsite were perfect for us. Didn't need to leave during our two day stay IF we didn't need to. Bonus for us: seeing Jason Day and his caddie, Luke Reardon!"

"Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. "The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!"

"This hotel/casino is brand new so everything sparkles! The room was suite size. So large and so comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was so large, the shower was fantastic with great water, pressure! The casino is fun and we ate at the restaurant with the pizza oven! The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had!. We parked valet for the convenience! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"I love that the rooms were large. They were clean. The sheets were very clean. The staff wasn’t as friendly the breakfast. It was amazing. It was hot. It was fresh the young lady who cooked the breakfast. She was great. She was friendly. I will return. I didn’t like that some of the customers that were staying or sitting in the back on the grass drinking beer and having a good time I think it’s something that they should’ve done in their room instead of hanging outside sitting in the grass."

The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. I was put off by the front desk staff when I asked what are some good restaurants around. I just flew from CO to DFW and drove over to Marshall to visit an old camp. I was exhausted.
