"The facility is beautiful. The onsite bar/lounge was fun. Bed was super comfortable. I loved that the room was bright and sunny with the curtains open. Not enough pillows, weird smell (musty) in the room when arrived but improved the 2nd day. The safe in the room was broken. Overall we had a very good stay."

"Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked...

"Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! Also, hiked Bushkill Falls which was 20 minutes...

"The positives first - The staff here was very kind and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy! The staff at the breakfast service was kind and cheerful. The two ladies running it made the extra effort to make us feel taken care of. The negatives - the hotel room itself was not the cleanest. The beds were clean at least so that was good!
