"The lake view rooms are spacious, have a great view, and have everything you need. While the bathroom is sparse (only a small mirror and dark shower), we thought the room was beautifully done. The restaurant and outdoor spaces are beautiful and the sauna is a nice touch. It was great to be across from the walking trail, which took about 45 min to walk into town (or few minutes by car). "

"Outstanding stay at this property. Close to the town center just 10m walk. We had booked 6 nights stay and during check in upgraded our room to lake view with 60$/night which was worth as it gave us stunning view of lake and mountains and we had 2nd floor room which was connected to the lawn garden.. staff is friendly and helpful. Overall excellent stay "

"Room was clean and spacious. Great view of the lake from balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located just outside the downtown area making it a bit more peaceful. Right across the street is the bus stop if you don’t want to walk into the center of town."

"This place was better than the reviews we read before booking. Easy and smooth check in by very friendly and professional staff. Convenient allocated car park for an fee underneath the building. The one bedroom apartment was spotless and well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Close to the main. CBD and easy drive from the airport. We are regular walkers and enjoyed a few strolls to the CBD…. you can use cross streets to go through the less steeper sides. Lots of parking around the outskirts of town too . Spacious room, lovely kitchen - and awesome view of the lake and mountains. Some low level traffic noise during peak hours if you’re highly susceptible to that because the lounge room faces the main road that connects Queenstown CBD to the airport. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend."
