"Dirty sock found in bed as soon as I flipped back the covers. Makes me think that all they do is flip up the covers after someone leaves and fluff up the pillows. The desk clerk was nice enough to let me change rooms to an upgraded room. There was also no coffee available in the breakfast area. At least there was coffee in the room. "

"The facilty smelled nice and was clean. The room was clean and well stocked with quality travel-sized products. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the temperature was well-regulated throughout the facilty. I have stayed at more expensive places that were not as well-kept and have also (recently) stayed at places with MORE stars that were no where near as nice. Perfect stay before your flight out of town. "

"Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, the choices good. We had eggs, bacon, biscuit, a sweet roll. The coffee was good. We chose the basic room with queen bed. Even though the room I was small, it was efficiently designed for comfort. It’s was Clean! I like a clean hotel. There were plenty of towels. We’d stay here again. "

"Pretty nice hotel. In the best location for downtown Dallas. I wish the rooftop bar was open longer but it did it's job. I would choose this location again in a heartbeat. Only thing I would complain about is the mandatory valet parking at $47 a day. "
