"Very nice place to stay and relax for baseball"

"The staff was pretty much non-existent. I am sure they are short staffed but the young lady that checked me in was obviously bored and disinterested. Offered no direction on finding my room, where to park, what time breakfast was,have a good day, etc. This hotel was okay for the money but nothing special."

"I stayed at the Courtyard for a family wedding weekend and was very pleased with both the location and property. My only complaint was that there was no in-room safe, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy shopping center."

"The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel."

"Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week."

"We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!"

"When we arrived, we were happy to see an nice clean hotel and staff that was there immediately to check us in. The check in process was incredibly fast and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We had a big mini fridge and a functional microwave. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly, including the iron. The next day we were about to head out and the man at the front desk stopped us and asked if it was ok if they entered our room because they were switching services for...

"We stayed 2 nights at this comfort inn. It is an older hotel that has been renovated probably within the last 10 years. It has been well maintained. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The room was super quiet. If I had anything to complain about it would be the low flow shower head. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them"

"The sheets were too small for the bed. The hot tub was so dirty. One of the two elevators was broken."

"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. "The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again."
