"This hotel is top-notch! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. A chef prepares made-to-order dishes, all included in your stay; a wonderful touch that made our experience even more enjoyable. Location is great for families who are traveling for baseball tournaments. Price is very reasonable, will definitely book again!"

"My husband and I stayed at the AKA in downtown west palm beach for a weekend getaway. The room was so nice, very clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The hotel was in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the pool area and the lounge on the 4th floor also."

"My stay was enjoyable, however the hotel is hard to find. Signing is very hidden. The door staff was very helpful. Bambi, in the bake store was particularly helpful. Front desk as great. Bath fixtures need replacing in the shower.very hard to use. No bar soap."

"The property is sooo beautiful and amazing. The welcome cocktail was delicious and a surprising treat to start the staycation. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and patient. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and everyone from the receptionist to the spa ladies made him feel special. Ralston at the Deep End played his favorite music and Baha Mamma made him feel at home. The spa treatments were the best treatments we have had in our lives!! The entire staff took great care of us and did not skimp on the time to complete the treatment or make us feel like we were in paradise."
