"The photos are deceptive, the hotel is on the second story of a shopping mall. We struggled to find it as the directions said to go in the mall car park, signage and directions for the ‘hotel’ were hopeless. The room and bed itself were comfortable but the view was over a mall car park. The security door didn’t work so we felt a little unsafe as anyone who came into the shopping mall could have easily broken in. "The tent is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The Wi-Fi is really poor. Bit disappointed that there is no welcome food hamper, particularly as the shop closes at 5pm and the on site restaurant didn’t open. The hot tub was full of murky water and there wasn’t enough wood for the fire and the hot tub. Felt it was a little expensive. "
