"Food and drink options were very good. Room was nice. Staff was good, but some stood out more than. Others. Leandro at the Club pool bar. Hisider waitress at the Taino’s. These 2 were fantastic! Above and beyond everyone else. "

"Delicious food, great entertainment. Property is not too large so easy to get around. Resort is clean. Beach is small but not rocky. Has small waves to enjoy. "

"We loved the overall setup. We stayed in the Brizas section, which is in need of renovation and, fortunately, scheduled for updates. Next time, we’ll most likely stay in the Vistas. The check-in process took far too long—about an hour and a half—which was definitely a drawback. One night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. with no explanation or guidance from the staff, and repeated attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. Needless to say, my wife was quite shaken by the experience."

"The entertainment staff were amazing and helped make our short stay unforgettable and so special! Joselito, Henry and Andreudy were incredible and always brought an amazing energy to the resort! Juan in the lobby bar always greeted us with a smile and made the best espresso martinis that fuelled our nights. Carlos, Enerio, Arodis and Julio at the swim up bar kept us smiling with the best drinks and always entertained our bachelorette party antics. The seaweed on the beach was disappointing but...
