"It’s a beautiful hotel that has almost everything you need from an all-inclusive resort. They started us off with champagne when we arrived. In the evenings, they had shows, silent disco, karaoke, dancing. They also have a pool table and ping pong tables outside so you can play anytime as a group. They have a tennis court as well and have instructors. The rooms were nice and big. All the rooms had a balcony and a small private jacuzzi on the balcony. The bathroom was big but has no privacy so...

"The property of beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to eat etc… it was their down time when I went and they were forthcoming about their short staffing and that was very much appreciated. The view is Stu Ning and it’s close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"The resort is beautiful and clean. We felt safe since it is gated. We had a great time at the pool and beach. The entertainment was very enjoyable. There were two occasions which caused us some annoyance. First, the power was out in our room for over three hours on our first night due to a broken lamp. We were unable to shower or have air conditioning from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am. Then, on the second day our key fob wouldn't work, so we couldn't get in our room. It was "reactivated" on three...

"Property made you feel you are on a old cabin, very good! Breakfast was great and staff did a great job on making sure we were happy. Restaurant was ok, nothing great a bit pricy for the type of service. Other than that it was great, location was great to get out and go to las galeras or to go to other excursions. "
