"Fantastic hotel. Our room was lovely & clean. Food in the hotel was really nice & the Sunday roast was amazing. Staff are friendly & helpful, will definitely stay here again."

"We checked in but decided not to stay and booked alternative accommodation instead. The room itself was tidy; however, the overall property was very different from how it appeared in the listing photographs. The atmosphere and communal areas did not reflect what we expected based on the description and images provided. The advertised restaurant was not operating, the TV in our room had no signal, the Wi-Fi was not working, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside the room. As I was travelling with my son, who has additional needs, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and chose to leave shortly after arrival. I appreciate that others may have a different experience, but I personally felt the accommodation was not accurately represented by the listing and would not have booked had I known its true condition."

"Great location ! We had a lovely two night stay here in great weather . Hotel is dated but is typically British which I love . Clean rooms and comfortable beds . Fridge was a massive bonus with it being mid to late 20° with free water on arrival too . Shower pressure low which could be annoying in the colder days . Only gripe was tv sound was restricted so couldn't hear but luckily we wasn't there to watch it . WiFi ok . Lastly we was lucky finding a parking space out front because they are public too !"

"Easy check in and good location with free on street parking. 5 mins walk to the sea. Room had everything I could need and was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well cooked, and for me, the earlier serving start time compared with other b and bs was a real plus point. Would happily stay here again if I return to the area."

"Excellent location. Top floor has a lovely sea and beach view. Reception were friendly and booking in easy. The choice of breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast staff. The only downside was that I booked during the heatwave and there’s no air conditioning in the room. A fan is provided-but in extreme heat air conditioning would’ve been perfect. I recommend this hotel and will return in the future."
