"room was clean and tidy, bed was surprisingly so comfortable and soft. the room itself was fantastic for our stay, might be a little small for longer stays but for the night you cannot complain at all. the staff were so lovely and talkative too. the only fault i had with the room was with the aircon and general ventilation of the room. the air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all despite being on all night and the only other way of cooling the room was with the window which didn’t open that...

"I cant say enough good things about the Maldron experience. I arrived with no luggage and the staff went out of their way to help me get settled and feeling at home. They guided me to all the shops I needed to find to get clothes and adapters and provided a welcoming greeting every time I returned from my adventures. The hotel has some of the best food in Newcastle and the staff might be made up of the friendliest people in England. Cheers to all the staff at the Maldron especially David and...
