"The hotel is a perfect little gem for those looking for an authentic Leiden experience. The owner is wonderful, and take great care of the property. Rooms are spacious, with antique and modern charm combined. We normally stay at 5-star hotels with lots of amenities and services - this is not that! "Great location if travelling around the Netherlands by train. Well situated near the central station with easy access to nice bars, restaurants and tourist info & sites. Breakfast is great, but a bit pricey if you don't want it every day. However, there are good coffee shops nearby and an Albert Hein take-away in the station (a block away).
