"Room clean the manager very friendly and helpful. Last time I was there December 26 2025 gave me a downstairs room when she discovered I had a disability and a service dog. She advised me to call and let them know in advance anytime I book with Motel 6. It turned out I was traveling though Gallup NM again so I called and she had the same room spotless and waiting for me. She is very professional and friendly "
