"You really do pay for what you get. All of the staff from reception, bar staff and waiting on staff were extremely attentive, polite and professional. The hotel has a premium price tag yet everything there from side tables, lamps and mirrors are all premium. The decor is respectful to the original building yet they have also managed to make the hotel new. We drank in the bar, we ate in the restaurant, used the spa and booked treatments - it was exceptional. We arrived home today and plan on booking this hotel for over Christmas. We loved it!"
