"Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging. There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff. "The property is located a 15-minute walk from the Pitlochry Station and is located on top of a hill. I would suggest taking a taxi if you have luggage. The property itself is beautiful and clean. Our room was quiet even though it was located near to the pub. We enjoyed walking the grounds as well. Lots of nice walking trails. The location is walkable to town and to the Blair Distillery which made things easy. "

"The hotel is very nice. Room was spacious, we had the standard twin beds room. The best part was the private parking!! The breakfast was good. Has a nice bar and lounge area. It has a pool but we didn’t use it. "

"What’s not to like!! The hosts, Jane and Calum, are friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with family. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We were within easy walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast menu gave options to please any palate. The porridge was creamy and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay!!"

"We ended up in twin room as no doubles left…. Comfortable beds, ground floor was quiet. Ate dinner in evening in restaurant it was Indian cuisine and was so delicious. Staff lovely very knowledgeable about food and helped with choices. Breakfast was equally tasty, freshly cooked and piping hot. Would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks "

"The house is just lovely. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was invested in making us feel welcomed and well-taken care of. He suggested places to eat, walks and things to do and all were excellent. The accommodations were impeccably maintained. We slept very well. Breakfast was fresh, healthy and quite delicious. Thank you! "

"A truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money. "

"The hotel and staff were lovely from start to finish. Loved the pool, fantastic breakfast. The only negative was the shower and bath. The shower took ages to get warm, and the bath was not draining away the water. I did mention it to reception incase there was a blockage"
