On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. "It has been a pleasure to see how much this resort has grown over the past 12 years! I first stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. We came back 3 years later. In 2023 we came back again for my 40th birthday and brought friends with us! I just got home from a 4th stay with my mom and sister for a girls vacation. I love True Blue Bay resort so much! "This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. They collect every room’s linen and then go all the way down to then come all the way back up. The good thing is that there are some taxi drivers that take visitors all...

"The location of the resort is right on the beautiful Grand Anse beach. Breakfast was included and they had local food options. There are also several places to eat along the beach and near the resort. You can also purchase food at the resort bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay and they are planning to renovate them which will enhance the experience in the future."

There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it."

I have stayed at two other Royalton resorts in the past and had positive experiences, so I did not think it was necessary to read reviews before booking. Unfortunately, I was greatly mistaken. I booked my stay along with five friends, who each reserved their own rooms. Out of all of us, I believe only two were satisfied with their accommodations. Considering the price we paid, the experience was far below expectations....
