My room was uncared for, worn out and poorly maintained. I was given a broken closet, the other half to the door to the closet was missing. The closet looked worn out, with black marks and dust in it.
Our bed wasn’t fully equipped with all the linens. When we brought it to the front desk receptionist, we were told they were out of linens. We had to wait two to three days just to get a blanket for the bed.
We couldn’t use the balcony because they were dust everywhere, no one cleaned the balcony before we checked in. The tables, chairs and railing were extremely dusty. The bathroom mirror was rusted, with black marks all over the sides. Our tv did not work upon checking in, we complained, and was told we had to wait till the morning to have it fix. Even after it was fixed it still did not function properly.
It was so bad, we had to book a stay in a different hotel just to get away from Seabreeze for a day. We left the morning and came back the previous day. When we got back to our room, it was left unserviced for 24 hours, beds were not changed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, nor was our trashed emptied.
Lastly this hotel have no one there to assist you with your luggages to your room, we had to struggle to carry our luggage upstairs. Room phones are not included in the room so if you need any services, you will have to leave the room and go down stairs to receptionist.
I will not be returning to this hotel, my money was wasted and experience at Seabreeze was horrible.
