The bathrooms were not clean. I had to get supplies from the front desk and clean them myself. I was offered a modest discount for the trouble. Phone did not work in one room and the tv did not work in the other. Overall I give it a 3. Because the price was right. Location was excellent. I would stay again if I had to.

There was a kitchen…but we were not impressed and it felt very unsafe. But overall it was just dirty! We will NEVER consider this property ever again! It feels like there was drugs and prostitution on the premises from the time we walked in!

It was a bit dirty and run down. I asked for another blanket at night because mine had weird red stains. They couldn't even find one. They gave me a small blanket.

Quick check in. Door keys worked flawlessly. Room was quite clean, loved the lay out of the suite. Several table lamps had burned out bulbs. Basic kitchen needs provided, was happily given more coffee items. Bed was very comfortable, room was dark and quiet. There was not any kleenex, limited toilet paper, and no paper towels for kitchen area (but a few cloth kitchen towels were provided.) Hotel worked well for what we needed, plenty of storage space. The room looked like it should have gotten a refresh (carpet, furniture, lights, shower curtain etc) about a year ago, but it did not, however it was not objectionable to seasoned travelers. Only puzzling thing was that there were cars parked in a no parking zone outside of a main door, which also did not have a ramp, so getting to vehicles involved walking over muddy grass, around the cars, then dropping off the curb into the parking lot, dragging luggage.

I booked two rooms through Expedia and was surprised to be charged a $100 per room deposit at check-in that was never disclosed during the booking process. That lack of transparency immediately set a negative tone. Even more concerning, I am still waiting for the return of those deposits, with no clear communication on timing. That’s unacceptable and makes me question the property’s billing practices. Unfortunately, the room conditions did not make up for it. One room had a strong smoke odor despite being listed as non-smoking, and there was visible damage to an ottoman. Both rooms were dirty, dusty, and generally worn down, giving the impression they are not being properly maintained. Between the undisclosed fees, delayed deposit return, and poor room conditions, this was a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Reviews good when booked in Feb. Stay was 5/1, 2nd floor. Check in required $100 credit card hold not mentioned on Expedia. Pictures showed breakfast bar and they switched ownership and do not have one. Nonsmoking property and the room smelled stale, old, dirty, and permeated with cigarette and cannabis. Heavy near 2nd floor elevators, and front desk said he "couldn't control what people did outside". Dim lighting in room so initially pleased with a spacious 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and living area. Dirtiest room EVER encountered at ANY hotel or motel. Initially went out to purchase cleaning products and started wiping/scrubbing the bathroom because it was late, my daughter was graduating the next day and we didn't want to move, but it was just too disgusting. Stains, rust and hair in the tubs, toothpaste on the faucet, urine on the bathroom floor and wall, cracked tiles on bathroom floor, obvious dirt and debris in every corner and on floors, shoe stuck to floor in kitchen, sink faucet would not drain and pulled out plug with slimy gobs of hair, obvious dust on fan blades, tape wrapped around fire sprinkler in bathroom, thick dust on wall vents, ants in room, numerous dead bugs on windowsills, stains on all furniture, and to top it off a huge completely obvious bloody booger on the wall by the bed headboard. Booked another hotel, pictures taken/sent to property manager, refund issued.

We booked this hotel because of an excellent facility in another location. We were very disappointed when the breakfast advertised was non-existent and the TV's didn't work. There was trash in the wastebasket and a used coffee pod was in the coffee maker. We probably won't use this facility again.
