I appreciate the friendliness walking into the door! They were able to accommodate an early check in for us and it ended up being upgraded from Queen-King (paid for) so that we could take a nap after a long drive in! The room was clean and the bathroom was great! Would definitely recommend staying here

This hotel was just ok. Small, basic. Some staff was nice and some were rude. One of the bedspreads in our room was dirty. They are working on remodeling the rooms. It was an inexpensive place to stay and now I know why. The best way to describe it is “stayable” but I wouldn’t choose it again.

Convenient location for my weekend plans visiting friends. Not a walkable location but with ArtPrize taking place downtown, the hotel prices are outrageous. Glad to find Fairfield for less than $200 a night

Great hotel 🏨 to get away from work. I needed the time off from work. I always wanted to visit Grand Rapids. In general the people are friendly at the hotel and when I go out to eat or to an event the people are generally friendly. I was amazed at the different restaurants that was near Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Pretty good hotel

This is our third stay at this hotel. First, location is great - walking distance to restaurants, short drive to a lot of attractions. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. Decent breakfast - eggs, sausage, choice of cereal and bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee. Nothing too fancy, but great that you don't have to go elsewhere for breakfast.
