The room was not clean, the TV wouldn’t work right. The rooms smelled and the area around the hotel was not maintained or cleaned properly . Elevators dirty ice was sticky and messy. This hotel is also very understaffed.

W were told the hot tub would be working when we booked and we get thee wit wasn’t working the house keeper was rude when asked for a another set of towels the safe was taped shut the fridge had no adjustable up or down for the temp and our drinks froze.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.

Very nice property. Good location with easy access. Well kept and friendly staff. Great value with pool, hot tub and good breakfast variety. Make sure to try Gravity the restaurant close to hotel.
