"We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests. Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option. "We've stayed at the Monalysa Hotel twice, the first time at the Monalysa Residence, the second time at the Monalysa Suite, and this year, as always, we had a wonderful time. We also took a trip to Deer Island with Monalysa; it was a great experience, everything was...

"The room was very clean, decent amenities including a bar service, coffee, tea. The Air conditioning worked perfectly. However the toilet bowl could be better sanitized with disinfectant, some towels were still damp but enough were provided including for the beach. The food was fair with a good breakfast buffet. Beach access and amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful but there were many trainees and few seasoned staff. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The promised bottle of wine...
