"This is a very nice hotel. The reason for my negative review is the staffing and the manager ignoring our calls and expedias calls regarding a promise of a discount they had made. We arrived on time for our check in around 3:30 or so. We were told our room was not ready because they were understaffed and that we need to wait 40-45 minutes. "My room was adjacent to the parking lot on the main level. The blinds were on a short track and would not close so I was able to see (and hear) any activity in the parking lot. I did not feel I had adequate privacy. My bed could have been more comfortable, but I did get a fairly decent night's sleep. "

"Room needs lots of updates. No sports stations on TV. Cable system certainly needs to be updated. Check in was standing outside while a window was opened and clip board was passed through. Very impersonal."
