"This hotel is conveniently located, close to the train, museums and other attractions. It is beautiful inside and out. Our room was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were both welcoming and helpful. We will be back!"

"Location is really nice for seeing the historic parts of the city and close to transportation. Room was clean and big but decorated with brown, plastic furniture lacking character. The front desk wasn't helpful or friendly when asking a simple question. However, like the name, this hotel has fantastic pillows."

"Had a great 3 night stay at OPO. The property seems new or very newly renovated. My room was clean and, again, seemed new or newly renovated. The staff was very kind and professional. Also love the location. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that the pillows were quite hard. But I love this place and will stay again when I returned to Brussels."

"The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower."

"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."

"It is a brand new, good hotel. The location doesn’t feel safe at all. After 5pm, there are people sleeping on the streets, drug dealers next to the train station. You can get an early checkin by the hour. (10euros per hour) From the reception area to the elevators you need to take an extra (slow) elevator which is absurd by all means. They charged us an extra 80€ by mistake, when I noticed as I was waiting gör my uber, they corrected it. That would have been another thing to solve from...
