"As soon as we pulled in we were greeted in a most polite and respectful way. The staff from front desk, restaurant to spay were all amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. Having 2 bathrooms was certainly a luxury we appreciated. The king size bed was comfortable. We couldnt help but notice the tub shower had a bit of a design flaw. "I booked last minuite but hotel was closed because of the renovation when I arrived at there. It was already 23:50 or so. The hotel staff or security person told me that they are closed for renovation now so you can cancel on aplication. But I couldn"t cancel through aplication and even couldn't get any help. I cannot request refund for this reservation! Expedia shouldn't show this hotel while they close for renovation!"
