"Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a great place to stay in Morocco. Very clean, great amenities, on-site restaurants, including a Moroccan restaurant with live Moroccan music. Also, hotel has an excellent spa and very professional staff. Special recognition to housekeeper Najat who was very attentive and Omar in the dining bar area for doing an amazing job!!! "Great breakfast buffet downstairs and dinner on the rooftop. Very lively atmosphere in the rooftop restaurant- there was a salsa night one of the nights we stayed. Convenient location to the different sights and by the Arab league park( lovely walks in the morning and afternoon and can play bocce for free). Loved the hangout spaces in the hotel and showers were great. We did the shuttle from the airport and one of the stops is right by the hotel so was super convenient for 50 Dh."

"Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. Reception staff in the morning were ok but the afternoon and evening staff were not helpful or interested in doing their job when a major noise issued ocurred. Some hallways needed cleaning and their was no TV remote in the room. Not a hotel I would recommend especially given it's poor location."
