"Great location, heated pool and wonderful breakfast. Service is not great and room amenities are very poor. Room could be cleaner."

"Hotel extraordinário. Funcionários excelentes. Localização perfeita pra passear no centro de Gramado."

"Hotel muito bom. Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários ótimos. Só achei o ar um Pouco ruidoso"

"The staff was very helpful - they helped me check in significantly earlier than the scheduled time which helped very much after an overnight bus ride. The hotel is quaint and charming, the breakfast good and plentiful and the shower powerful and hot! My only critique was that the WiFi did not reach my room so I had to go to a specific part of the hotel to be able to work."
