Chuveiro gelado no frio de 4 graus é vaso entupido

Tivemos problemas com o serviço fornecido. Pagamos 100 reais a mais para ficar em um quarto com banheiro privativo e o mesmo não funcionou em nenhum momento da estadia. Tomamos banho gelado em um frio de 4 graus em Gramado pois ele simplesmente não esquentava, Além do sanitário estar com um cheiro de esgoto terrível e entupido!

Alugamos 2 quartos . Fomos muito bem atendidos .A localização é otima. Fomos bem recepcionados . O cafe da manhã com tudo que precisávamos e muito boa a torta fia e a torta de limão.Área de lazer da frente ótima..só colocaria uma fogueirinha no centro dos bancos Foram carinhosos com meu cachorro idoso. Aliás, preciso parabenizar quanto a estadia com animais de estimação que poucos aceitam!

Superou minhas expectativas, pousada simples, porém, bem aconchegante. Os funcionários deixam um pouco a desejar, a maioria não tem empatia mas nada que poderia atrapalhar nossa estadia. O café da manhã é muito bom, um verdadeiro mini café colonial.
