Uma experiência simplesmente horrível, o que era para ser uma viagem para comemorar um aniversário de casamento se tornou um poço de stress, nada no hotel funciona. Minha esposa grávida, ficamos no bloco mais longe que tinha no hotel, a chave do quarto simplesmente não funciona, tive que voltar inúmeras vezes até a recepção para reconfigurar, isso com a minha esposa passando mal sentada no corredor. O chuveiro não sai água, tomar banho de manhã é praticamente impossível, além do ar condicionado não funcionar direito e a cafeteira estragada no quarto. Isso tudo porque o quarto escolhido para nos hospedarmos foi o de categoria mais alta do hotel, um valor alto de diária para uma experiência simplesmente horrível. Não recomendo a ninguém.

A estadia no Hotel Alpestre foi muito boa. Café da manhã impecável. Quarto muito bom, com ambiente para as crianças. Recepção no quarto fantástica, com mimos e boas vindas. Área kids excelente. Piscina interna muito boa. Piscina externa em manutenção. Pátio é um ambiente muito agradável. O hotel deve ter passado por uma reforma muito grande recentemente. E está muito bom. Restaurante excelente. Porém o processo de checkin deixou muito a desejar. Foi péssimo.

O Hotel é excelente para crianças, recreação/brinquedoteca de 09:30 as 21:30h. Boa localização, mas para andar até a Rua central precisa de carro (2 km). Café da manhã razoável, nos horários de pico com fila para sentar.

Um hotel maravilhoso

O Hotel Alpestre entrega tudo aquilo a que se propõe. Possui um ambiente incrível, quartos espaçosos, conforto e muita comodidade. O atendimento às crianças é excelente e possuem atendentes para entreter os pequenos o dia inteiro. Como ponto negativo, entendo que a piscina aquecida estava com uma temperatura não tão agradável, bem como sugestão, entendo que por disponibilizarem piscinas, o hotel deveria disponibilizar nos quartos, roupões e não mediante requerimento e pagamento (é muito melhor já acrescentar na tarifa o custo do roupão que cobrar como acessório).
