"I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated."

"Yes had bad night was a very loud place due to traffic and ppl who had a room had party all night we both left woren out maybe should put ppl in diffrent areas due to all this stuff "

"The ad said that breakfast was included. My confirmation email said it was "light" breakfast. I was ok that this cost $25 more than other places with no breakfast. However, I was lured in by the breakfast and bait and switched with this supposed light one. The juice machine was broke, and the only food available was oatmeal packets. I've had places that had light breakfast but this was completely misleading and I won't ever go there again."

"The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. "

"Room was dirty found condoms under bed and got charged my Expedia and by the motel. So I spent 150$ for 1 night unless Expedia will refund my charge."
