Met some delightful people. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.). Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."

I feel in some aspects the hotel is beginning to show it's age, it doesn't appear to have changed in the years I have been staying here for business trips, but nothing to stop me staying again"

"The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. They make up so many excuses to stop me to see a manager. 2 more nights until check out, I desperately asked for refund again and they said the refund manager is on vacation for 3...

"The property owners were so nice and helpful. They helped us get a cab to go to dinner because there is nothing close to the property. The property was sufficient for a one night pre-cruise stay. We booked three rooms, one of which was spacious and had a great water view. The other two were smaller and simple. It was definitely good value for the price and if you are just looking for a place to stay for the night."

The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "
