Super friendly staff, however there could be an improvement in the quality of the materials. For example sun beds look dirty or are ripped and bathrooms towels are very basic. The bathroom and shower also could be improved. However as an overall I enjoyed the stay here and really liked the staff at the hotel!

Nice communal areas - rooms could be better

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The positives are the nice communal areas like pool, snack bar, breakfast room etc. which have a modern feel. The breakfast buffet has a great choice & staff is friendly. What we really enjoyed was the Spa & massage - I had a wonderful treatment. And the hotel offers free daily yoga sessions - that was a great surprise and a nice treat! What we didn't enjoy so much was the room, it felt there was much less updating happening vs. the other areas. The bathroom was dark and the room always felt slightly damp. We didn't get new towels daily & they just stayed constantly wet. Also, it wasn't well insulated and you could hear the neighbours & staff from early on in the morning. Overall, with some small changes to the room, the hotel could really become a wonderful place as the substance is there!

Sehr lautes Hotel. Direkt in der Einflugsschneise zum Flughafen Heraklion. Ca. alle 3-10 min kommt ein Flugzeug recht dicht direkt über das Hotel angeflogen. Das Essen vom Buffet war regelmäßig kalt. Katzen halten sich im Speisesaal auf und stehlen die Reste von den Tellern der Gäste (Hygiene!). Sehr laut direkt an der Zufahrtstraße zur Promenade gelegen. Viel lauter Bus- und Autoverkehr. Nächtliche Anlieferung durch Lieferanten direkt unterhalb der Zimmer(Wäsche). Klimaanlage veraltet und schmutzig. Badausstattung billig und veraltet. Lüftung im Bad sehr alt. Bad sehr klein und eng. Stellenweise wird im Hotel nur oberflächlich und nicht gut gereinigt. Die Matratzen sind total hart und ausgelegen. Das Hotel macht einfach stellenweise einen stark abgewohnten Eindruck. Es ist eher ein 2*-(Flughafen-)Motel, statt ein 4*-Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben das Hotel verlassen, um noch einige erholsame Tage auf Kreta an einem andern Ort zu verbringen. Das Zimmermädchen kam ohne anzuklopfen in das Zimmer und hat einfach gereinigt, obwohl wir als Gäste im Zimmer waren und sie aufgefordert haben, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Wir versuchen aktuell aufgrund der Mängel eine Wiedergutmachung vom Hotel zu erhalten. Dies wurde zunächst durch die Hotelleitung kategorisch abgelehnt. Nächster Versuch über Expedia, sonst erfolgen weitere Schritte. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist das Hotel von unserer Seite absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Falsche Lage, abgewohnt und extrem laut.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen und der Service sehr gut. Es ist eine kleine Anlage mit kurzen Wegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön renoviert, nur der Balkon war sehr klein. Nach ca 10 min zu Fuß war man im Zentrum. Direkt über die Straße war das Meer, aber kein Strand bzw nur sehr grober Kies.

Junior-Suite mit Meerblick, die Räume waren in Ordnung aber das Bad sehr heruntergekommen. Nach dem Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr schön, direkt davor ist ein Kinderpark- sehr laut. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und wurde auf Bildern besser dargestellt, als es der Wirklichkeit entspricht. Das Essen ist ganz gut, eine überschaubare Auswahl, jedoch jeden Tag fast das gleiche. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel, mit nahegelegenem sauberem Sandstrand in einem ruhigen Ort. Das Personal war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Qualität und Vielfalt des Buffets beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

Das eher kleine Hotel war super und sehr persönlich. Auswahl und Qualität vom Frühstücks- und Abendessen-Buffet waren sehr gut. Auch das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Den Poolbereich fand ich auch sehr sympathisch und übersichtlich. Der Strand war eher etwas klein und ein paar Minuten weit weg. Die Lage des Hotels war eher ruhig und doch gab es ein paar Unterhaltungs-Möglichkeiten.

Suite vue sur mer: première nuit dans une chambre qui ne correspondait pas (mini vue sur mer, chambre minuscule et salle de bain de 2m2), après insistance nous avons eu ce que nous avions réservé: une salle de bain à peu Peres correcte et un chambre un salon. Les chambre sont propres et la Clim fonctionne. Les lits sont dur et les draps n’ont pas été changé en 7 nuits… Dans la salle de bain les douche déborde de partout c’est une piscine. La piscine est chlore à un point qu’il tache tous les maillots de bain. Le buffet est bien et le personnel très gentil, petit point négatif les horaires qui sont très tôt (7h-10h30 et 19h-21h). Il y beaucoup de coupures d’électricité et pas d’eau froide… c’est extrêmement désagréable et bien sûr le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire et l’hôtel ne nous aide pas pour simplifier le voyage. Vraiment déçu pour le prix payé, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles les services et les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Personnel adorable, mais photos non représentative de la réalité, adult only mais vu sur un centre aéré pour enfant très bruyant, coupure de courant et d'eau fréquente, les nuits sans électricité sont difficiles a cause de la chaleur nous avons très peu dormi, quand il y a des coupures d'eau le personnel de nuit semble mécontent de nous donner une bouteille d'eau bref nous avons était très déçu des services indigne de l'image qu'il souhaite partager sur expedia. Piscine de camping, salle de sport avec une seule machine, le bar maya de l'hôtel est sympa mais les enfants y sont autorisés donc... Serveur et serveuses géniaux, y compris le responsable mais le personnel d'accueil c'est autre chose bref je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds, les pires vacances de notre vie.

Agréable séjour.

Hôtel agréable. Très bon buffet midi et soir. Personnel très attentionné afin que votre séjour soit agréable. Plage à proximité, je vous conseille la plage face à l'hôtel Islande à 5 minutes à pieds. Pour 9 euros la journée vous avez 2 transats et 1 parasol pour une plage propre de sable fin.

L'accueil a été très sympathique. La suite magnifiquement bien décorée et très grande. Les abords ainsi que la piscine étaient très beaux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était un régal ! Le restaurant et bar de l'hôtel très cosy et les plats/cocktails étaient délicieux. Enfin, le cadre général était magnifique, calme et reposant.

Uns hat die Größe des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und entsprach den Bildern. Nervig war jedoch, dass Poolliegen schon vor dem Frühstück mit Handtüchern reserviert wurden, so dass man beim späterem Erscheinen Probleme hatte eine schöne Liege abzubekommen. Ich würde empfehlen, dass längere Zeit nicht benutzte reservierte Liegen entwidmet werden (Handtücher wegnehmen und die Liegen freigeben. Der Sünder kann sich dann sein Handtuch an der Rezeption abholen und erhält hier ein klärendes Gespräch. Das kenne ich von anderen Hotels.)
