Great location near the central station and buses/trams. We had a fairly quiet room. Parking garage was a bit tight for maneuvering a Volvo V90 wagon but convenient with plenty of spaces and reached by an elevator from the hotel.

Excellent location just across from central station. Short walk to main centre/attractions. Lovely hotel bar and restaurant for breakfast with lots of choice. Nice rooms - would definitely recommend

Clean, comfortable room. The walls were very thin, so could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. The doors slammed very loud, and would shake the room. The beds were comfortable, so still managed to sleep well. The lobby area was nice and breakfast good. The hotel is very well located just next to the main train station. Parking was plentiful, but rather expensive (£50 for 2 night stay) Wouldn’t rush back, but would consider it if there’s a good deal when I’m next in Gothenburg

Convenient for buses/trains

Very pleasant hotel near the central station so very convenient for trains and buses but also the city centre. Only disappointment was the struggle to get the air conditioning sufficiently cool and that the window would only open a very small amount.

We were at the hotel in Gothia cup week when both hotel and city were totalling full and both coped admirably with this. Hotel service was excellent, with breakfast well organised and catered despite high numbers. Transport in the city is world leading.

I loooved the staff at this hotel! Very friendly and helpful! I was also given the opportunity to do an early check in! The only downside was that in my room there was no mini fridge to keep my liquids cold! I would stay here again

Reception staff really friendly. I was pleased to be able to check in a little early as I was exhausted after an early morning flight. My room was facing onto the atrium which was a little disappointing but for a two night stay it wasn't something I was bothered about. The choice for breakfast was brilliant but it was extremely busy at 9.30 Sunday morning. It was a different story at 6.30am Monday and much more relaxed. I ate dinner at the hotel Sunday night and the food was delicious and the service brilliant. I made use of the relaxation area on my first evening and enjoyed the jacuzzi with city views. Overall, very pleased.

First time in Gothenburg. Public transportation is excellent with the hotel being next to many restaurants, shops, and Gothenburg's Central Station. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and efficient!

2 nights in Göteborg. Positive: The car parking was direct under the hotel. Breakfast was good with various and fresh products. Even it was full, it was well organised. BUT, the noise in the night from a party below or above our floor was not OK and nobody from the hotel has taken care. After these horrible night we were happy to leave this place.

Although it is kept clean, this hotel has seen better days. Scuffmarks on the walls and Empty food delivery cartons of other rooms lining the corridors because cleaning staff only come by once a day, if ever, as you would have to book room cleaning the day in advance online. Even when booked, in my case they just emptied the bins. Even the bathroom floor was still completely wet when I got back in the evening, towels not even touched. So, cleaningwise slightly dissapointed. Unfortunately the window only opens a gap the size of a letterbox to let fresh air in. A positive thing though is the central location of the hotel. Most places in town can be reached by foot.

Comfortable and welcoming.

Aside from being very clean and welcoming - the hotel was perfect for our family. A small but thoughtfully designed room accommodated a grown couple and two younger kids comfortably. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The proximity to the train station was why we booked, but I’d recommend even if that isn’t your mode of travel. The rooms were quiet and for a small extra fee we were able to check in early.
