The staff was so courteous. The room was spacious and equipped with various kinds of cooking and washing machine: from electronic cooktop, washing machine/dryer combo, dish washer to microwave.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
Disappointing stay at this Sheraton. Bedroom lighting was inadequate, multiple power outlets barely worked or failed entirely, the thermostat was ineffective, and the pillows were very flat and unsupportive. Expected significantly better quality and maintenance from this brand.

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando
Room was clean, pillow smelled bad, low hot water in shower, no free coffee bar, food very expensive. Good service, free shuttle to Universal.
