"The property is just a few steps away from the beach. Restaurants and shops are there all around. Andrea, the general manager was extremely friendly & helpful and immediately stayed at our disposal in case questions. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Nice and pleasant personnel but some of them need to learn a few basic English words associated with the hotel industry. They wanted to charge something that they shouldn't, but the manager apologized and put things right (for a difference from Expedia). But for that, I had to write to Lecci in Italian. Communication is the weakest point. "

Die Anmeldung ging unkompliziert und einfach im Büro in der Einkaufsmeile. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent haben wir unser Ferienappartement beziehen dürfen. "Check-in was simple, staff members were very helpful and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. In addition, I had a delicious pizza from their kitchen and the bartender made an excellent Old Fashioned. "

"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
