"The staff were most welcoming and helpful. They said "hello," "good morning" and "welcome back" when I passed the reception desk, smiled and showed they were genuinely please I was staying there. I would definitely stay here again! What more can I say! doug"

"Meh. This hotel needs some real work, it's stuck in a 2001 time warp. Dated in many ways, including all the things that modern business travelers want/need: more room outlets, fast USB-C charging ports, less chunky room furniture/adaptability, hydration stations on each floor, a modern gym. Would never stay here again. Hyatt should look at the Hilton Canopy hotels as an example of how to get with the times."

"The breakfast was freshly prepared by site in an open format, made to order omelettes. The double room is 2 full size beds too small, furniture outdated for the price, you have to pay for parking, in the evening you have to be buzzed in to check in took about 10 minute wait for someone to let me in. Hotel is shared with office space building and whole foods- very big building- a lot going on. When I was there, building alarm system testing maintenance at 7:30am. Positives: location, breakfast and room size, cooking staff were nice, negatives: outdated, small beds, pay for parking, evening check in process, room cleanliness. "

"Nice hotel and got a fair price. Sadly they let an event happen on 7th floor with loud base DJ until midnight. I could have handled 11pm that’s normal quiet time in most cities. This was horrible and they have downstairs meeting and event spaces. This lack of consideration would keep me from going back. I don’t care if it’s Saturday night all guests need to be considered even if events pay. Sorry poorly managed and I was on 6th floor. Heard other guests complaining in lobby next day as well."

"Everything about this place and it's location was more than what I anticipated.. The snack-bar breakfast area needs an upgrade..NOT enough choices for this location.."
