Cannot fault the room, pretty spotless and good overall. Only thing I would fault is when we arrived and unloaded into a room I realised there were not enough beds. When I looked through my booking I realised I had booked a bigger room. We then changed rooms so basically had to put everything back in car and unload again in the new room. With kids and after a 7 hour drive this was not fun and was annoying. It really should not have happened considering the size of this hotel.

An excellent stay - from our arrival with the greeting and offer of cold drinking water. Nothing was too much trouble - pool was perfect and a bonus that towels were supplied for swimming. The restaurant seemed also to be popular with locals which is a good sign. The menu was comprehensive and the staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

Bed was comfortable, staff very friendly, food lovely albeit overpriced in comparison to other locations. Cold water, both bottled or tap water in a jug, is complimentary at other accommodation locations, here it is $4 for a small bottle.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and my only reason for 4 rather than 5 star rating is the poor internet and tv reception. Dining facilities are great and we enjoyed our meals and drinks were reasonably priced.

A little Gem

Pleasantly surprised, it was a lovely rom at the back of the complex. Very quite and clean. The bed was comfortable. I used the restaurant that night and found the food to be very nice. Service was good, check-in, restaurant and check out. All the girls were friendly, smiled and would look at you when talking. I will be back and also recommend them to others.
