It made a loud grinding noise that was not the normal whoosh sound of a fan. The third room had no cooling and a loud obnoxious fan noise."

"Just back from Brussels and wanted to say how brilliant this hotel is. From the moment we arrived the staff were fabulous, welcoming and attentive which really made us feel at home. The room was far larger than expected, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It's pretty convenient for the city centre.
