"Lovely charming hotel - spotlessly clean and great staff. Lovely bar, (The HemingwayBar) great views over the Lake and an easy walk from the town centre. Fun pool with high diving board. The breakfast was oddly limited - almost no hot food - and this could be better. Overall it was great and we would happily return."

"I got the room with the amazing view of the mountains, lakes and ponds! It was a hard room floor. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean Temperature was perfect to sleep throughout the night. My only recommendation is changing if the carpet in the passage and some floors and keeping the patios clean."

"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and itโs only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."
